He has held senior positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Training in several US multinational organisations, Analog Devices Incorporated, Intel Ireland, and Wyeth.<\/p>\n<p>He was Director for Continuous Improvement and Training at Wyeth as well as Training Manager at Intel.
