Today he serves as Director of Post Graduate Programmes at Innopharma Education, where he helps shape programmes for learners aiming to build or progress careers in pharmaceutical, medtech and digital environments today. Before moving fully into education leadership, Finbarr worked in senior roles with Analog Devices, Intel Ireland and Wyeth, gaining first-hand experience of engineering, training, continuous improvement and regulated manufacturing. He joined Innopharma in 2008 as Education Director and, in the same year, founded BusinessExcellence.ie. Since then he has continued to bridge industry and education through teaching, programme development, consultancy and writing. His published work covers operational excellence, digital transformation, pharmaceutical validation and career pathways in Ireland\u2019s life sciences sector.
