Training Programmes

A range of training programmes can be delivered to suit every organisation and every stage of its development.

Lean is a philosophy of creating value and eliminating waste, Six Sigma is a methodology for eliminating errors and minimising variation in any process.

Many organisations start their journey by doing some form of simple Lean Programme, possibly a Lean Sigma Yellow Belt. This is usually two days of training based on implementing the ideas on in the workplace. Once some early wins have been achieved, it is normal to develop a core group of people to a higher level of knowledge. A Green Belt programme usually consists of 4-5 days more intensive training and implementation on a larger project. To support employees implement the concepts it is imperative to do some level of training with the leadership team. This focuses on, developing a vision for the organisation, cultural change, roles and responsibilities, governance and measurement.
